The market is shifting fast: inventory is climbing to levels not seen in years. With so many homes on the market, overpriced listings are stacking up, and sellers are left frustrated when nothing moves.

In this tough market, the agents who control inventory and are willing to have honest conversations about price are the ones who will dominate. I’ve seen too many agents avoid the truth, offering sellers inflated prices just to win the listing. However, this only results in expired contracts and wasted months.

I’ve taken the opposite approach with my team. We’ve leaned into tough but necessary pricing conversations. You, as a seller, don’t need another agent telling you what you want to hear—you need someone to be direct.
